We value feedback from parents and whanau as we want our children to have the best possible learning experience. By working together we hope to address any arising issues as they come up, rather than allowing situations to heighten.

Please:

1. Initially discuss the situation with the child’s teacher.

2. If you feel the situation is unresolved, discuss the matter with the Principal 

3. Please refer to the school’s concerns and complaints policy on our schooldocs site or ask for a copy . 

POLICIES 

SchoolDocs has developed a comprehensive core set of policies and procedures applicable to all New Zealand/Aotearoa primary, intermediate and secondary schools, that are customised for each school. We have worked alongside SchoolDocs to ensure the policies and procedures on the website are tailored specifically to our school and community.

SchoolDocs updates, modifies, or creates policies in response to changes in legislation or Ministry guidelines, significant events, reviews/requests from schools, and regular reviewing from the SchoolDocs team.

These are organised by the Board to carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks during the year, or for development of our school. You will be advised of these through the school newsletter or website.
